01Who this is about
Eggshell Man is an iPhone app and a print-to-order service run by Yoink Stickers, trading as Eggshell Man at eggshellman.com. In this policy, “we” means Yoink Stickers and “you” means the person using the app.
We are based in Clark County, Washington, United States. Questions, requests, or complaints go to support@eggshellman.com, and we will give you our registered postal address on request.
02You can use the app without giving us anything
The app opens with no account and no sign-in. You can design a slap, price it at any size, and save it, and none of that requires you to tell us who you are. Designs you save live in your Vault on the device, and sync to our servers only once you have an account.
Signing in is what turns an anonymous session into an account, and it happens when you are ready to place an order — because a receipt and a parcel have to reach somebody.
03What we collect, and when

04What we don't do
- There is no analytics SDK in the app. We do not measure your taps, sessions, or screens.
- There is no advertising, no ad network, and no ad identifier. The app never presents App Tracking Transparency, because there is nothing to track.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not build a profile of you.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have.
- We do not ask for your contacts, your location, your camera, or your photo library.
05Who processes it for us
We keep the list of companies who touch your data as short as we can. Each of them is a processor acting on our instructions.

06Payment: we never see your card
Checkout opens Stripe's own hosted payment page. Your card number, expiry, and security code go straight to Stripe and never reach our app or our servers. What comes back to us is confirmation that the order was paid, the payment reference, and the shipping address you gave Stripe.
Stripe handles that data as its own controller too, under Stripe's privacy policy.
07Printing and shipping
Printing and fulfilment are handled by Yoink Stickers. To make the thing you ordered, your artwork and your shipping address go to the press that produces and mails it — that press receives what it needs to print and post the parcel, and nothing else: no account details, no other orders. We treat the identity of our production supplier as commercial information and do not publish it.
We currently ship to United States addresses only: our checkout will not accept a shipping address anywhere else.
08How long we keep things
- Saved designs and uploaded artwork — until you delete the design, or delete your account. Uploads are kept while an order can still be printed or reprinted.
- Order records — kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, because a sale is a financial record. When you delete your account we strip the record back to the transaction: see the next clause for exactly what is removed.
- Support emails — kept while we need them to sort out the thing you wrote in about, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
09Deleting your account, precisely
In the app: Account → Delete account. It asks once, and it cannot be undone. Here is exactly what runs when you confirm.
- Every saved design is deleted from our database.
- Every file you uploaded is deleted from our storage.
- Your orders are anonymised — your account link, your shipping address, and the pointer to your artwork are removed from the order record, and the record is stamped as anonymised. What remains is a sale with no person attached to it, which is what accounting rules require us to keep.
- Your sign-in account is deleted from Firebase Authentication, so the email address or Apple identifier no longer exists on our side.
Prefer that we did it? Email support@eggshellman.com from the address on the account and we will run the same deletion and confirm when it is done.
10Your rights over your data
Whatever you are entitled to where you live, you can ask us for it here: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction if something is wrong, or deletion. Email support@eggshellman.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive your data in a portable format, or to complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sort these requests by where you live. Whether or not a privacy statute covers you, ask and we will do it — that is simpler for you and for us than working out which law applies to a sticker order.
11Children
Eggshell Man is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, write to support@eggshellman.com and we will delete it.
12How it is kept safe
- Everything travels over encrypted connections, and is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Our database and file storage enforce Firebase App Check, so only our real app can talk to them.
- Server rules restrict every design and order to the account that owns it.
- We hold no card numbers, so there is no card data to lose.
No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as quickly as the law requires.
13Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and move the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects what we do with data we already hold, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
